A new entertainment paradigm

Casinos never evolved for them

The generation that grew up with Roblox, Fortnite, Twitch and TikTok expects to shape the entertainment it consumes.

Creators become partners, while players help shape the games and experience.

The IP opportunity

Original games

HighStack plans to develop original games with creators and license selected titles to other casino operators.

01

Creator-branded games

Games built around creator identities. Creators bring these games to their communities.

02

AI-accelerated development

AI accelerates animation, narratives, symbol generation, math modeling, and bonus round templates. Lightweight internal studio augmented by AI tools.

03

Global licensing

HighStack plans to license selected games through aggregators, adding licensing fees alongside revenue from games on its own platform.

From operator
to IP owner

This evolution will elevate HighStack from operator to IP owner, unlock new revenue channels, enable global distribution through aggregators, create cultural gaming content, and deepen ties with creators.

Casino's competitive position

Why we can pay VIPs and creators more than the market

Reason 01 · Where the budget goes

We buy no traffic

No paid media, no affiliate commissions, no sponsorships, no review-site deals. The whole acquisition line goes to creators and VIPs instead.

Reason 02 · Where the margin comes from

We own the games

Originals today, our own slot engines from Q1 ’27. No provider takes a cut of GGR, so more of it can go back to players.

Reason 03 · Leaner AI-first operations

25% of the headcount of other casinos

AI drives efficiencies across game creation, content, customer support, and operations, so we scale without adding headcount at the same rate.

If existing crypto gambling operators with relatively limited differentiation have already scaled toward multi-billion-dollar annual deposit volumes, HighStack's creator-native ecosystem, creator economy infrastructure, and creator-led distribution model position the business to potentially scale toward upper mid-tier crypto operator scale within its first three years of operation.

Six months of operating cash out, the StackStudio build, and the float the casino needs to run.

The hypothesis

Can StackStudio create differentiated games at unprecedented speed and cost, use creators as a scalable distribution channel, and prove the economics of those games inside HighStack?

ZeroPaid media
MinimalAffiliates and review sites
LowBrand awareness spend
Primary spendCreators and VIPs
Proof 1 · Platform

StackStudio suite of games produced in minutes at Pragmatic quality

Concept to certified in days, with fewer people and reused components. One person, minutes per game.

B2B distribution is a separate plan once we achieve a robust catalog.
Proof 2 · Distribution

Creators acquire valuable players at attractive economics

Every player arrives through the creator’s reach: streams, posts, and creator rooms. Acquisition costs cover creators, not ads.

If the flywheel turns at this scale, paid channels become a decision about speed.
Proof 3 · Content

StackStudio games drive engagement, retention, and GGR

Slots and originals authored in StackStudio and tested live inside HighStack, judged per title on GGR, turnover, and retention.

Tracked per title on the StackStudio alpha and beta scorecards.

What the alpha taught us after one month

01

Players follow creators

We set low targets for each creator, not knowing whether players would play in a casino with no deposits. Each creator could have brought significantly more players than we targeted, and we spent nothing to bring them in.

2×+Players vs. target of 250
02

Engagement crushed our expectations

Players and VIPs played longer than we expected and gave feedback. VIPs value having a say and being part of a community, so we will double down on belonging. The design and feel of the casino resonate.

224Feedback records · 14 fixes
03

StackStudio games work, at least in the early innings

Players played their creator’s game and other StackStudio games, and they came back: 35% returned by day 7.

Nothing broke

Our AI-first infrastructure lets us address issues quickly with no downtime, and we are confident the platform will scale well with more players.

Drake x Stake

The Drake effect

Drake's partnership with Stake has played a major role in validating iGaming and Web3 for a mainstream audience. In the first year alone, he drove over 500,000 first-time deposits (FTDs).

Drake's Stake partnership proved
✓Crypto casinos can be mainstream
✓Creators drive massive FTDs
✓iGaming can be entertainment
✓Culture can legitimize a category
Drake–Stake partnership upends the common perception that celebrity involvement in Web3 is synonymous with scams...Forbes
We are building the creator-native platform that makes this repeatable at scale
Drake
  • ✕Online casinos viewed as grey market
  • ✕Low public trust, fringe audience, SEO spam
  • ✕Regulatory uncertainty
  • ✕Slow adoption
  • ✕Gambling influencers lacked cultural legitimacy
  • ✓185% spike in Google searches for “crypto casino”
  • ✓500k+ FTDs annually now flowing through Stake
  • ✓$100m+ Stake partnership
  • ✓Mainstream press coverage in Forbes, SKY, Pitchfork
  • ✓Cultural crossover: memes, viral moments, livestreams, household trusted name
